Being aware of the harm that the fluids can do to my body over long term period, I started to seek an alternative. I have fun selecting the tea flavour to best match my state of mood. For instance on cold winter nights Forest Liqueur or Mulled Wine are my absolute favourites. The Good Night Tea helps my stress induced insomnia. Sage and Organic Chamomile helped to relieve the discomfort that I experienced due to an inflammation after my wisdom teeth were extracted. When I moved over from Europe in 2000, I really missed my favourite loose teas. My mother used to send me some tea at Christmas but I am so happy I am able to source the tea right here in Ontario.
